Banjarbaru \u2013 As many as 272 students from the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lambung Mangkurat (ULM) were released to carry out Thematic KKN (Real Work Lecture). The release was carried out directly by the Dean of Agriculture of ULM, Dr. Ir. Bambang Joko Priatmadi, M.P. in the BDP Faperta field, ULM Banjarbaru, Monday (24\/7\/2023).<\/p>\n
Later these students will carry out Thematic KKN in Asam-Asam Village, Jorong District, Satui District, and Kintap District in Tanah Bumbu Regency.<\/p>\n
In his remarks Dr. Bambang conveyed that the Thematic Community Service program was an implementation of the Tri Dharma of higher education, namely community service. Later students can go straight into the field, to apply the knowledge they have acquired during lectures, directly to the community.<\/p>\n
This activity is also a synergy between ULM and PT Arutmin Indonesia by taking the theme of food security in the mining area based on sustainable agribusiness. “They will apply the knowledge learned in college. This activity will be carried out for one month. He hopes that students will come up with innovations that can empower the community and maintain the good name of the alma mater.” said the Dean.<\/p>\n
