The team, led by Mariyam, Iqbal Prayoga Anggara, and Siti Sa\u2019idah, won three awards in the 7th National Essay Competition (LETIN 7).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The LETIN 7 competition was organized by Nusantara Muda in Yogyakarta from February 14\u201315, 2026, and was attended by 806 participants from various universities across Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the competition, the team submitted two essays on different sub-themes: &#8220;PAMAN: The Use of Smart Tourism Applications and Digital Tourism Guides in the Martapura River Cruise&#8221; on Tourism and Culture, and &#8220;Chicken Feather and Corn Cob Waste as Alternative Fish Feed Ingredients to Ensure National Food Security&#8221; on Food.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thanks to the innovation and ideas offered in these two works, the team won three awards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Favorite Poster (Tourism and Culture Sub-theme)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Silver Medal (Tourism and Culture Sub-theme)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bronze Medal (Food Sub-theme)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LETIN 7 is a national-level essay competition with the theme &#8220;Ideas of the Young Generation Towards a Competitive and Sustainable Indonesia.&#8221; This activity aims to encourage students to convey innovative ideas that can provide solutions to various development challenges in Indonesia through scientific papers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With this achievement, Lambung Mangkurat University further confirms its role as an educational institution that encourages students to be highly competitive, broad-minded, and make a real contribution to the advancement of science and technology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yogyakarta, February 14\u201315, 2026 \u2014 A team of students from the Aquaculture Study Program, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPIK), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), once again achieved impressive achievements at the national level.
