This activity is part of the accreditation process by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) to assess the quality and sustainability of educational provision in the study program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The field assessment was conducted by a BAN-PT Assessor Team consisting of Dr. Ir. Gatot Priyanto, Prof. Dr. Rifda Naufalin, SP., M.Si., and Syaiskandar Giffary. The assessor team was welcomed by the Rector of ULM, Prof. Dr. H. Ahmad Alim Bachri, S.E., M.Si.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In his remarks, the ULM Rector expressed his appreciation and welcome to the BAN-PT assessor team assigned to conduct the field assessment at ULM. The Rector emphasized that this assessment represents a crucial opportunity for the university to demonstrate the institution&#8217;s dynamic development in supporting strategic programs, particularly the improvement of quality and accreditation of study programs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Rector also stated that, at the age of 67, ULM remains committed to ensuring the quality of higher education delivery on an ongoing basis. This commitment is realized through strengthening the internal quality assurance system managed by the ULM Learning Development and Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMPP), as part of efforts to maintain and improve the quality of the learning process and the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Furthermore, the Rector stated that Lambung Mangkurat University consistently undertakes various efforts to develop and fulfill supporting learning facilities and infrastructure, particularly within the FPIK (Fisheries and Marine Sciences Faculty) environment. This step is taken to provide optimal support for improving the quality of academics, research, and community service in the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through this field assessment, ULM hopes to obtain constructive input from the BAN-PT assessment team as a basis for strengthening governance, continuous quality improvement, and developing the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program to be more adaptive and competitive.
