One of the main strategies of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology is to encourage state universities to be present and directly impact the lives of the community. He stated that the national target requires a minimum of 35 percent of lecturers to hold doctoral degrees, therefore, one of FISIP’s strategic focuses is the establishment of a Doctoral Study Program (S3) as a step to accelerate the increase in the number of doctorates, especially for lecturers and the people of South Kalimantan.<\/span><\/p>\n
Furthermore, internationalization is a non-negotiable agenda, with a target of 1 percent foreign students and 15 percent postgraduate students of the total ULM student body.
