BANJARBARU \u2013 Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM), through its Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM), conducted a competitive research project focused on technology-based physical education supervision. The activity took place in the Physical Education and Training Hall, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, ULM Banjarbaru, and was attended by 55 physical education teachers from the Banjarbaru and Banjar Regency Teacher Working Groups (KKG).<\/p>\n
The research, led by Prof. Sunarno Basuki and team members Perdinanto, M.Pd., and Akhmad Amirudin, M.Pd., raised the theme “The Role of Physical Education Supervision in Improving Physical Education Teachers’ Managerial Skills for Technology-Based Learning.”<\/p>\n
In his presentation, Prof. Sunarno emphasized the importance of physical education supervision, particularly in supporting physical education teachers’ managerial skills in utilizing digital technology.<\/p>\n
“By utilizing technology such as the EduSport application, we hope that physical education teachers can improve the effectiveness of their teaching and supervision, while strengthening their role as professional learning managers,” he said.<\/p>\n
One of the main sessions of this activity was a demonstration of the EduSport application, a digital innovation designed to support interactive and structured physical education supervision. Through this application, teachers were introduced to various features such as lesson planning, performance assessment, and data-based supervision reporting.<\/p>\n
Before and after the session, participants underwent pre- and post-tests to gauge their understanding. They also completed a System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire to assess the ease of use and acceptance of the EduSport application in daily teaching practices.<\/p>\n
This activity is part of the LPPM ULM 2025 competitive research scheme, which aims to develop educational innovations based on applied research while strengthening teachers’ capacity to face the challenges of the digital era.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
