{"id":27559,"date":"2025-07-03T15:59:15","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T07:59:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ulm.ac.id\/en\/?p=27559"},"modified":"2025-07-11T11:07:58","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T03:07:58","slug":"4000-teachers-participate-in-ppg-at-fkip-ulm-commitment-to-quality-education","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ulm.ac.id\/en\/2025\/07\/03\/4000-teachers-participate-in-ppg-at-fkip-ulm-commitment-to-quality-education\/","title":{"rendered":"4,000 Teachers Participate in PPG at FKIP ULM: Commitment to Quality Education"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Banjarmasin, July 3, 2025 \u2014 The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the improvement of the quality of national education, not only through its undergraduate programs, which have all been accredited with <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unggul <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Excellent) accreditation, but also through its strategic role in the implementation of Teacher Professional Education (PPG).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of mid-2025, FKIP ULM had become the PPG implementation center for approximately 4,000 teachers registered in the Phase I PPG Program for Certain Teachers. This program is a government initiative to improve teacher professionalism, especially for those who do not yet have a Teacher Certificate. Through this program, teachers are equipped with the pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies needed to become qualified and competitive educators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Dean of FKIP ULM, Prof. Sunarno Basuki, emphasized that FKIP ULM is fully committed to supporting equitable national education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;We remain committed to supporting the government&#8217;s program to ensure equitable education for school-age children by developing professional teacher resources,&#8221; he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As one of the leading Teacher Training Institutions (LPTK) in Kalimantan, FKIP ULM is not only a place of learning but also a driving force for educational transformation.
