The event was opened by the Vice Rector for Planning, Finance, and General Affairs, Dr. Ir. Arief Rahmad Maulana Akbar, M.Sc., IPU.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event was attended by key ULM staff, including Dr. rer. nat. Liling Triyasmono, M.Sc., Apt. (Head of the Integrated Laboratory), the Commitment Making Officer (PPK), and staff from the Planning and Budgeting Division, Finance Division, Academic Division, and Personnel Division. Participants received comprehensive technical training on application operations, from procurement planning to reporting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The system introduced by UT is designed to digitally manage all stages of the procurement process, from planning to implementation to realization, ensuring a more orderly, efficient, and accountable process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the training session, participants not only received presentation materials but also directly witnessed a simulation of the application&#8217;s use, including technical discussions tailoring the characteristics of UT&#8217;s existing system to ULM&#8217;s needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to improving efficiency and transparency in procurement, this activity also served as part of ULM&#8217;s strategic efforts to support the achievement of international accreditation. The implementation of a standardized and well-documented digital procurement system is a key indicator in the assessment of institutional governance by global accreditation bodies.
