BEFORE THE EXAM<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Exam participants must know the LOCATION and EXAM ROOM one day before the exam takes place.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Participants must bring:<\/span>\n
      \n
    • Exam Participant ID Card;<\/span>A legalized photocopy of a High School\/Vocational High School\/Islamic High School diploma or equivalent or the original for graduates of 2023 and 2024;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • A Certificate of being in class XII from the Principal accompanied by the latest colored photo of the person concerned and stamped with the school stamp for graduates of 2025; <\/span><\/li>\n
    • and<\/span>Other Identity Cards containing the person’s photo (Original).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Participants are prohibited from wearing T-Shirts.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants must wear shoes.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants must arrive at the exam location no later than 30 minutes before the exam starts. Lateness for any reason since the test time starts, Participants are NOT ALLOWED to take the exam.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants are not allowed to enter the exam room before there is a sign to enter the exam room.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants are not allowed to bring a list of logarithms, any type of calculator, paper, books or other notes, communication devices such as mobile phones, watches (watches), cameras, modems, any type of electronic device for recording and so on.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants are NOT ALLOWED to cooperate with any party by communicating directly and indirectly related to the implementation of the exam with any communication method.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Bags, books, and notes in any form are collected in a designated place.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants will be searched if something suspicious is considered<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants must sit in the designated seat according to the participant number and table number, they are not allowed to occupy other seats.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants place their Examination Participant Card with the photo facing up.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants fill in the attendance list using the writing instruments provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants who lose their Examination Participant Card must immediately report themselves to the Examination Supervisor.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants press the Login button on the exam application.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants carefully read the Instructions and Rules which contain information on instructions before the exam, while working on the exam, and after working on the exam.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants Login by entering the Participant Number and Participant NISN as the Participant PIN. Click the agreement that appears on the screen before continuing the Exam Tutorial process.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participants check the identity that appears on the device screen.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Do the UTBK Tutorial according to the time provided to ensure that the application can be used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      WHEN TAKING THE EXAM<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Read carefully the exam information that displays the Exam Sub Test information and the time to complete it.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Read carefully the Exam Instructions.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Follow the instructions \/ cues from the supervisor regarding the exam start time.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Select the “Start Exam” button to start the exam.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. Work on the questions according to the length of time to complete them.<\/span><\/li>\n
      6. Answer the questions by selecting \/ clicking the answer option using the mouse.<\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Participants can change the answer choice by selecting \/ clicking another answer choice that is considered correct. The participant’s answer will automatically be replaced with the last answer choice.<\/span><\/li>\n
      8. Participants can identify the completeness of the answers in the question list on the left side of the monitor screen. Questions that have not been answered are marked with a White box and questions that have been worked on are marked with a Green box.<\/span><\/li>\n
      9. During the exam, participants are NOT ALLOWED to:<\/span>Ask anyone for the answer to the question.<\/span>\n
          \n
        • Cooperating or communicating (talking) with other participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Cooperating or communicating (connecting\/connecting) with outside parties.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Giving and\/or receiving assistance in answering exam questions.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Showing your own work\/answers to other participants or viewing the work\/answers of other participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Leaving the exam room during the exam, unless with the permission of the exam supervisor.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Replacing or being replaced by someone else.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Copying and recording exam questions using any media Cooperating or communicating (connecting\/connecting) with outside parties.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • If a Participant cheats on Point 9, the violation in question will be recorded in the Examination Implementation Report (BAPU).<\/span><\/li>\n
        • The UTBK application will stop automatically when the test time ends and participants must click the “Finish” button.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Participants who leave the room after pressing the Start Exam button (Start Exam) and for one reason or another do not return until the exam time ends, are declared to have completed the UTBK exam.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          AFTER THE EXAM<\/b><\/p>\n

          1. Re-confirm the identity and answers that have been filled in before “clicking” the finish exam button.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Participants are not allowed to continue working and remain seated when the end of the exam signal is given.<\/span><\/li>\n
