This National Seminar was held on Saturday (14\/10\/2023) in a hybrid manner, at the Grand Qin Hotel, Banjarbaru. This National Seminar was held with the aim of building collaboration between various parties in accelerating the implementation of the transformation of the Indonesian health system and encouraging the birth of Health Development innovations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The support of the Faculty of Medicine, Lambung Mangkurat University is in line with the faculty&#8217;s aspirations to be present and take part and support through the Tridharma of Higher Education activities. Dr.dr, Meitria Syahadatina Noor, M.Kes, as Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, and Prof. Dr. Ahmad, SE, M.Si, as Rector of Lambung Mangkurat University, gave a speech and opened the seminar activities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The seminar, which was conducted online and offline, was also attended by the Director of Health for the Productive Age and the Elderly, as well as Plt. Director of Public Health Governance dr. Nida Rohmawati, MPH, as Keynote Speech, with the material &#8220;Policy Direction and Strategy in the Public Health Sector in Indonesia&#8217;s Health Transformation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On this occasion, dr. Nida Rohmawati, MPH, revealed that currently there is restructuring of the primary health care network with a target of reaching 7,281 sub-districts (puskesmas, independent practices and supporting health service facilities) 83,794 health units in villages\/districts with a minimum of 1 nurse, 1 midwife and cadres , and activated 300,000 posyandu and home visits for 273.5 million residents. All service activities are supported by a digital recording system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event then continued with the Plenary Session which was divided into 2 panel sessions. This session was moderated by Vina Yulia Anhar, SKM, MPH, (moderator of panel session 1), and dr. Iskandar, Sp.A, M.Kes from PSKM FK ULM (moderator of panel session 2).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There were a total of 6 resource persons who filled these 2 sessions from across disciplines and fields.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The presentation of panel session 1 was started by Dr. Bagus Rahmat Prabowo, MScPH from UNAIDS Indonesia, discussed the topic &#8220;Strategies for Optimizing Equitable Referral Services in Developing Countries: Good Practices and Lessons Learned.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next speaker, namely Prof. Dr. Dr. H. M. Alimin Maidin, MP, from FKM Hasanuddin University, delivered material related to the topic &#8220;Increasing Equality in Access to Health Services with Efforts to Transform Health Financing in Indonesia.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, Dr. Juhai Triyanti Agustina, M.Mkes, Head of the Banjarbaru City Health Service, presented the topic &#8220;Banjarbaru City Government&#8217;s Commitment to the Health Resilience System.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next, the panel session was continued by speaker Anis Fuad., S.Ked., DEA from FKKMK Gadjah Mada University, with the material &#8220;Application of Digitalization Technology in the Field of Public Health: Challenges and Opportunities in the Post-Covid-19 Pandemic Era.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Then, Hj. Nurul Ahdani., SKM., M.Kes from the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Service, delivered material related to &#8220;Public Health Services at Posyandu in the Era of Primary Service Transformation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Continued by Prof. Dr. Dr. Syamsul Arifin MPd. FISPH., FISCM from the Faculty of Medicine, Lambung Mangkurat University, with the topic &#8220;Opportunities and Challenges of Health Law Number 17 of 2023 on Efforts to Equalize Health Human Resources in South Kalimantan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Drs. Eko Suhartono, M.Si, as chairman of the national seminar committee, said that the themes discussed in this activity were very important to be studied further.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The three key terms promoted in this seminar are multi-stakeholder collaboration, community empowerment and health transformation. Multi-stakeholder collaboration is very important. No single entity or individual can effectively address a health crisis of this nature alone. We need to work together, across sectors, across professions and across geographic boundaries. This seminar will enable us to bridge gaps and strengthen closer cooperation networks.\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Eko also said that community empowerment is also key in health transformation efforts. When communities have sufficient knowledge, skills and resources, they will be better able to overcome health challenges and contribute to post-pandemic recovery efforts. Through this seminar, participants will discuss strategies that can be implemented to increase people&#8217;s capacity to manage their own health, as well as how people can play an active role in making decisions that affect their health. &#8220;This effort will ultimately lead to health transformation to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045,&#8221; he added. This National Seminar activity was attended by around 220 people, consisting of 60 people attending offline and 160 people attending online. This activity was attended by several provincial representatives, some from Sulawesi, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan. Call for Paper and Call for Poster activities are also part of a series of national seminar activities. Raising a theme related to public health.
