There are two Raperda initiatives. First, the Raperda on Organizing Sports. Second, the Raperda Amendment to Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006 concerning Financial Assistance to Political Parties (Parpol). A member of LPPM ULM, Reza Fahlevi, highlighted one of them, namely the Raperda for Organizing Sports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;The proposed Raperda draft is a new draft. Because, only Bogor has regional regulations (Perda) regarding sports,&#8221; said Reza. in the City of Banjarbaru it is considered that it can become a legal umbrella, regarding the clarity of the fate of athletes, in the City of Dreams. In addition to the Raperda on Organizing Sports, there is also a Raperda on Funding Assistance for Political Parties. The existence of this Raperda refers to the administrative provisions of political parties which have undergone changes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, Head of the Banjarbaru City DPRD Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda), Windi Novianto, hopes that the drafting of the two draft regional regulations can be realized soon. &#8220;Hopefully in February 2023, the collaboration with ULM for the creation of NA will soon be established. Then, in May or June, at least it will be finished.
